To optimally clean our products we utilize a fully PLC-controlled cleaning process, employing a water-based high alkaline ultrasonic method. 

Each treatment step maintains consistent processing times. This includes rotation in the tank for efficient cleaning, draining above the tank, and progressing through washing, rinsing, and drying stages based on preselected wash programs.

To ensure the quality of cleaning solutions in various treatment baths, an automatic filtration and oil skimming system is integrated into each cleaning tank. Additionally, two dryers are included to allow for sufficient total drying time.

Whether products are permitted to leave the clean room or must remain within its controlled environment, this technology ensures thorough cleaning.
